Spring has sprung

Turkey and cranberry ballotine, parsnip crisps and sage&red onion chipolata with mashed potato with garlic and mascarpone and sticky syrup roasted butternut squash @goldbrickhouse

Bashed up (a film bag is not a good way to package macarons, Patisserie Leila) but still taste awesome.
