This weekends craft project.

I was looking forward to going to the gym today so you can imagine how annoyed I was to only find one trainer in my bag. Quick trip to Primark and I got these which are actually quite comfy!

Curls lasted a sweaty hour at the gym. Well played @ghd, well played

Doesn’t look appealing, but I visited @uksuperfoods for the first time today and it’s pretty good!
