I was feeling really shit, and then I went to the gym and now I feel better. Ish. (I’m still feeling grumpy but a lot less thanks to running like an idiot on a treadmill)

I pretty much only cook from the Lean in 15 books because they do single portions. This French Toast from book 2 is yum (obvs I added bacon, because bacon)

It doesn’t matter how many Kongs we buy, Jill always goes for Baby Kong. Unfortunately she likes to lose it a lot.
