We went to Cabot Circus last weekend, and there were zombies about. At first, we assumed that it was just students larking about (oh those students and their japes!) but it turned out to be people protesting “against over-consumerisation and the homogenisation of city centres“. Make up your own minds on whether or not increasing the number and “variety” (yes, I know, I’m saying variety in terms of the shops, but they’re just more of the same, blah blah blah. By variety, I mean more shops that we didn’t have before and previously treked to Birmingham or London to go to.) is a bad thing or not, but here are some pictures of the zombies zombing* about the Circ**.
