Can you believe that before yesterday, I had never tried a s’more? I bought all of the traditional items including Hershey’s bars which normally taste disgusting but add some hot melty marshmallow goodness and it actually tastes good! One of the things I love most about living here is being able to have impromptu gatherings – in the U.K. everyone was a little too scattered out and Alex was always away but here we just send out a message to the group and within an hour we’re burninating halloumi (how can I make it not stick to the bbq?) and playing card games!

I realised that I never really posted any of the photos I took at MoMA in San Francisco in September (or many from when we went away at all last year!). I loved this piece, which lit up the room. This piece is called (or not called!) “untitled (in honor of Leo at the 30th anniversary of his gallery)” by Dan Flavin, 1987.
