New (to us) favourite sushi place in Bellevue – @kurasushi_usa. It’s like Yo! Sushi back home with the conveyor belt, but so much better with a screen to order from, an automated delivery service (second belt above the main one that brings your request out and of course the drinks robots) and instead of stacking the plates high, you drop them in a chute and after you’ve dropped in 15 plates, you get a toy. It’s become a fun Friday treat for us, because it’s always good to accidentally soosh.
