I pretty much only cook from the Lean in 15 books because they do single portions. This French Toast from book 2 is yum (obvs I added bacon, because bacon)

No filter on this shot of Lake Sammamish from our bedroom deck this morning. The wildfire smoke came back with a vengeance last night – so horrid and smoky! Hoping it clears up before the weekend.

We’ve been going for little walks at lunch lately, and yesterday ended up at College Green. So lucky to live in such a beautiful city!
