Apparently it is 20 years since we finished high school (in the U.K., high school ends when you’re 16, then you go to college or sixth form for 2 years before university at 18) so all the old photos have been coming out on Facebook (and even a video of our upper sixth leaving assembly and bits of life in the common room, which just confirmed me and @hellybellybutt have always been hilarious and amazing)…

The view from our hotel suite in London. We stayed at @langham_london in December last year, which is just at the top of Regent Street, opposite BBC Broadcasting House. The day we arrived, there was terrible storms, and the wind howled around our windows on the top floor. But it was all worth it for that view!

So this is my actual hometown! This is Chester, a tiny Roman city in the North, just a few miles from the Welsh border. I think I posted this over on @seattleblogsalon and didn't actually post it here! @hellorigby took this when we met up a few centuries ago in checks Feb 2020. We met up for coffee before heading to the @contentcreativespodcast launch party and she was kind enough to take some photos of me in the park. I'm still not sure how I've been here almost 3 years and not taken pics in the downtown park before!
