Angel Snaps

At the Aussie party on Saturday, I took along my Polaroid because its been sitting on my shelf o’cameras (3 cameras is a collection isn’t it?) and I know that I need to start using the film otherwise its going to go a bit funny. (I tried using a film that expired in 2003 but it’s far too…brown. Not good. )

I haven’t had time yet to sort through my pics from Saturday, so though I’d share these for now, pictures of some of my most favourite bloggers. I feel so lucky to know these girls!

(The only way it could have been any better is if Sarah and Ellie had been able to come – missed you guys so much!)

ShakeItPhoto

I know, I know. I’ve said many times before about how much I love Polaroids. And although many people complain about the crappyness of the camera on the iPhone, I still use it because its just so handy to be able to upload it to Twitpic or onto this blog.

Unfortunatly sometimes the pictures from the iPhone are a bit washed out, a bit meh. Thankfully I have found an application called ShakeItPhoto for just 59p which acts like Poladroid

The only criticisms that I have of the application are that it doesn’t save the original picture so you can compare the differences, and that you can’t convert pictures you’ve previously taken. But I have Poladroid if I feel that strongly about the last one!

Polaroid – Saved!

Oh YAY. I have a slight obsession with Polaroids lately, so I was far too excited when I read this article at the Independent yesterday. It might be a bit too much to hope for, but I’d love to see the prices go down for film. And perhaps now there is this possiblity of lots more film in the future, the prices on eBay will fall. (I’m an economics student, and whilst I understand why decreased/ended supply will obviously increase demand and therefore prices, it still REALLY annoys me to see film going for ~£15 a pack on eBay when it was only £10 new)

I’ll be taking much much more Polaroids now, hoorah!
