Last weekend, I headed to the @athleta #bellevue store at some crazy time for a Saturday and took part in one of @lauramakfitnessass kicking classes (and I stole this photo from her).
I’m hoping there will be more classes like this at the weekend for us east side people because this was SO good! I did struggle a little with some of the moves because even though it’s a year since both of my knee surguries, I’m still not quite back to 100%. Lets call it 85% normalness, which is incredibly frustrating but just something I have to learn to live with. (Other things I struggle with still – running, overextention, and even sitting in the cinema with my feet up causes problems afterwards as I found out on Friday!)
