Went to Spuntino with Lou and shared a pork burger, bacon devilled eggs, eggplant chips (a legit use of ) and mac and cheese. Daaaaaaamn.

My passport is back with a shiny visa, we've sent off an application to rent a (quite frankly by UK standards ridiculous) house and we've got a tentative move date, so I guess Seattle is on! Currently aiming to fly out on 22nd June…eeeeeek!
