The best sort of friendships are those that even if you don't see someone face to face for a while, nothing changes and you fall into the same old inside jokes. Helen (left) has been my friend since she had to show me around on my first day in Year 3 and Louise (right) has been there for me since the day before we enrolled on our university course. Fern is grumpy because she’s been put in the shower. She’s grunting at us now.
So Alex was prepping dinner when someone knocked on the door. “Do you have a white dog and a black dog?” They had escaped out the side gate and while Jill stuck to the pavements, Fern was stopping traffic on the main road. They both walked themselves back into the garden though the back gate! So glad nothing bad happened!
