A very packed visit up to the right end of the country this weekend to see Alex's Dad, then onwards to Chester where we squished in 2 breakfasts and Sunday lunch into 4 hours Here's me, my nana and Alex, who she got to meet for the first time today!

Achievement: made it out of the house! I had my ACL reconstruction surgery last Tuesday and have spent most of the time since then on my sofa watching a lot of TV. Yesterday I had my stitches out and then drove (!) to Seattle to see @shipshapebf who is here for a few days!
